• I just paid for a Pro upgrade for Events Manager plugin (which I’ve been using for awhile now) just so I could get “faster” help on the actual Events Manager forums (as opposed to these forums) and for some reason, after paying with PayPal it sent me to the no-access redirect page and I can’t get into the forums.

The problem I am having is that the calendar widget’s previous and next buttons will not work on every page except the home page. The previous and next buttons on all the other pages are dead. I inspected the links using Firebug and there is nothing different about them except for the page URL, which is normal. The calendar seems to be ajax. I was wondering if maybe the events-manager.js was somehow getting unloaded on those pages, but Firebug shows it as being loaded.

We are about to hand over the site to our client, but this really throws some wrenches in our plans.

Any ideas on why this would be?

Hi Corey, I replied to your mail just now, it’s because you’re paying with an e-check which hasn’t cleared.

However, if you post a link to your page here maybe we can help already.

You can support the plugin hosted on WordPress.org, but can you conduct the business of paying for add-ons somewhere else please.

We encountered a similar issue. It refreshes with the same page and then reloaded in a blank screen after clicking on the “next” or “prev” month button. The issue applies to all calendars in sidebar, and the same calendar plugin works perfect on home page.

The issue still persists even with other plugins are disabled. The symtom does not happen on another environment running on linux hosting, while the production is running on a windows hosting.

How should we resolve the issue?

    Hi @thinkacthk

just to narrow down the problem have you tried to temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

seems to be that it’s a theme or your other plugin causes the issue upon trying the link above.

@thinkacthk this is an old post, please create this as a new topic to avoid confusion
