[Plugin: Events manager] Best events plugin?

I’m building a website for a charity so needs to be able to take bookings for events. I need to find a plugin that is both affordable and can do the following:

– Take payments in British pounds
– Have a title field
– Have a date field
– Have a description field
– Have a timetable field
– Have a course field, where the customer can select either vegetarian/ non – vegetarian or without food for a different price
– Then pay with paypal or something similar

Is this the best option , please?
