    I just upgraded to and having problem with availability space on booking system. It’s whenever I put the number, i.e. 50 spaces, the availability space is always set to default number 10.

    Shown on Event Bookings page:
    Availability : 1/10 Spaces confirmed

    And the “Total Space” field on the Booking/Registraion box always reset to 0 (zero) when I try to edit the event.

    How to fix that?

    I use WP 3.4.

    Apologize for double posting since I post on resolved thread which I realized later. Then I create the new topic.

    try refreshing your browser, the problem is that when you upgraded, our JS file changed, but chances are your browser still has a cached version with code that’ll stop everything working in 3.4.

    also, do you have a sample screenshot?

    try refreshing and clear the cache (Firefox) but still no luck.

    the available spaces is always 10 and 0 at edit page.


    sorry, are you talking about the “Total Spaces” on this screenshots?

    Total Spaces and Available Space are two different things though they are related. Based on the description of Total Spaces -> Individual tickets with remaining spaces will not be available if total booking spaces reach this limit. Leave blank for no limit.

    Thanks for the explanation about total spaces and available space.

    I try to explain what I understand 🙂
    Available spaces is the number for particular ticket (e.g. early bookings, group discounts, type-X of ticket, etc.)
    And Total Spaces is the total of available “seats” for an event.
    CMIIW. 🙂

    For the case reset to zero on edit page, it’s already fixed after I upgraded to (but I’m not sure since no specific mentions about this on changelog page). BTW Thanks Marcus! 🙂
