# [Plugin: Events Manager] 404 error

 * I’ve installed the event manager and the input fields work fine as well as the
   event list page.
 * However when I fill in the fields to create an event and click submit, I get 
   taken to a 404 error page.
 * Do I need to set up a landing page to avoid this or is there a URL i need to 
   input into the dashboard somewhere?
 * I would also like to know if it is possible to add custom fields to the event
   add page?

 * could be a bug or an issue with another theme/plugin. where do you try to submit
   an event, in wp-admin or frontend?
 * You can add extra fields via event custom attributes

 * It happens when I try and add an event in the front end. I fill in the fields,
   hit submit and it shows me same page with all the fields removed and “404 error”
   at the top of the page.
 * The rest of the site template stays the same, the 404 error just shows where 
   it should say something like “thank you for posting an event”.
 * Are there any known themes/plugins that cause event manager to experience these
   types of bugs?
