[Plugin: Events Manager] 12 hour time/24 hour time

Hi Folks,

I am having trouble getting the time to render in 12 hour time on the events listing:
http://www.thecreativesociety.net/events/

but it is rendering properly on the actual event page
http://www.thecreativesociety.net/events/event/the-creative-society-gathering/

Searched the forum and already changed to 12 hour time in the settings and changed WPLANG to US English. Any other suggestions?
