    I installed this plugin back in April and it has worked perfectly for a long time. 20 people were successfully registered (the last recorded was on June 15th). Now, all of the sudden, it says “Failure – please retry!” after registering.

    It still sends a confirmation email, but it does not give a registration ID and it does not get recorded on the back end.
    There is also no longer an option to pay online.

    This is horrible timing as it is for a client who has their huge annual event just a month away. They could lose thousands of dollars if this isn’t resolved ASAP.

    Sounds like you upgraded and the upgraded failed. Deactivate and reactivate the plugin that should resolve the issue.

    The same thing happened to me, the plugin just stopped working sometime in July. When registering for an event, the “Pay Now” button never appeared, and the user got a Failure message.

    We had not done any upgrades, etc. But I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and that fixed it.
