    This page’s got a shortcode: [eshop_show_success]

But the page is totally empty when viewed.

Is the shortcode meant to be populating the page (in which case I have a problem because it’s got nothing in it) or just a “tag” so that the buyer is taken to this page at the end of the transaction?

  • Yes – the page is supposed to show the Thank You page at the end of a transaction. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin and then moving eShop back into a new plugins folder. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    OK, got that.

It DOES work fine. I just needed to make sure that there wasn’t any pre-populated content on the page that I missed.

    Thanks for your assistance.
