 * I have a site that is under construction for an artist who makes wearable art.
   I have four categories of products setup: ‘Bags’, ‘Cuffs’, ‘Neckpieces’ and ‘
   AndBeyond’. I have setup pages that include the Category Find option that looks
   like this:
 *  [eshop_list_cat_tags type=”category_name” find=”neckpieces” panels=”yes” form
   =”yes”]
 * In this particular case, I have eight (8) neckpiece posts entered into the system
   and categorized with the “neckpieces” category. When I go to the Neckpieces Page,
   six of the eight products are shown, but not the last two. So I went in and modified
   the short code to read:
 *  [eshop_list_cat_tags type=”category_name” find=”neckpieces” panels=”yes” form
   =”yes” records=”8″]
 * Nothing changes. Only six items are displayed and no pagination options are shown.
   I modified the short code again to:
 *  [eshop_list_cat_tags type=”category_name” find=”neckpieces” panels=”yes” form
   =”yes” records=”10″]
 * Nothing changes. Only six items are displayed and no pagination options are shown.
   I modified the short code again to:
 *  [eshop_list_cat_tags type=”category_name” find=”neckpieces” panels=”yes” form
   =”yes” records=”4″]
 * This time I see six item panels on the page, the line above reads “Displaying
   1-4 of 6” and now I have pagination options to view page 2, Next or View All.
 * If I click to view page 2 or Next, I see “Displaying 5-6 of 6” and then four
   item panels including the last two from the previous page and the two that were
   not shown before. If I click “View All” I’m back to seeing only six item panels
   with “Displaying 1-6 of 6” and no pagination.
 * I don’t know why this isn’t working like it should so any help would be appreciated.

 * Can you replicate the problem using the Twenty Eleven theme with **all** other
   plugins deactivated?
 * And please do not post the same question more than once. Duplicated topics will
   be deleted on sight.

 * Sorry about the duplicate, but I thought my original post didn’t get posted since
   I couldn’t see it in the list of comments for eshop. I’ll try turning off the
   theme and plugins and see what happens.

 * This topic wasn’t tagged for eShop, so we missed it earlier today. You can also
   post on the [plugin’s dedicated forum on quirm.net](http://quirm.net/forum/forum.php?id=14)–
   which is a lot quieter.

 * Ok, I switched to Twenty Eleven and all of the items displayed, but the specific
   page reverted to the default template instead of full width. All plugins were
   still activated.
 * I’m using the Modest Theme from Elegant Themes but what I don’t understand is
   how the theme is affecting eShop’s category query? Any ideas?
 * Unfortunately, I’ve worked for almost a year with this client getting a theme
   designed for her that she liked and wanted to move forward with so I really need
   to try to figure out what is going on. Can you provide any guidance as to what
   I should be looking for?

 * Ah… I’m afraid we don’t support any of the themes from Elegant Themes. The only
   thing I can suggest is that you try asking on the [Elegant Themes forum](http://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/).

 * After having used eshop for several years with various themes with no problem
   and even donating previously to the development of eshop, it is very surprising
   to me to learn this late in the game that Elegant Themes is on your no-fly list.
   I’ll try your suggestion, but you can’t provide any more details on even what
   might possibly be the problem nor even what I could be looking for?

 * All of their themes are behind a paywall and we have never been able to see them.
   We never even got a look at the eStore theme that was built on the back of eShop!
   What we have been able to surmise is that some of their themes either conflict
   with eShop or, in the case of eStore, try to “use” eShop in a way that just causes
   problems.
 * So we are left with no choice but to say sorry – we can’t support those themes.
   🙁

 * Can you at least add that note to the conflicting plugin section of the online
   documentation? I checked that page first before even attempting to use both of
   these products at the same time and had I known back when I started developing
   this site, I definitely would have made other choices. I’m now within a few days
   of going live and there’s no way I can at this point.

 * By the way, if you want to log in and look at the theme code on my site, you
   are more than welcome to do so.

 * You mean like [http://quirm.net/wiki/eshop/troubleshooting/theme-compatibility/](http://quirm.net/wiki/eshop/troubleshooting/theme-compatibility/)
