    When I add a product to my cart and then submit it no orders are created in the backend and I do not receive any email.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    The order should go straight to the Awaiting Payment page.

    have you filled in an email address on the merchant gateway page? are you set up to receive that email, as well as the email address you used as a buyer?

    Yes, both emails are my personal emails. The order doesn’t show up under any of the order catagories.

    which version of eShop and which version of WP?

    Though to be honest I can’t think of any reason why it isn’t working. If you want to email me login details I can run a couple of test.

    It is the version you get when you click download on the plugin page today. On wordpress 2.7. Unfortuantly the server is a local server and not on the ‘net.

    Can you try on a test server somewhere to see if the problem remains?

    Unfortuantly i have no access to other servers. Do you have skype so we can discuss gaining access to my local server. It’s just that it would be bad to publically publish ports that i am opening etc.

    Ok we got this sorted in the end.

    there was a database issue – but I think it was specifically related to that installation.
