# [Plugin: eShop] E shop Permission error

 * After activating the plugin, I cannot acceess the items like order, shipping,
   products, option sets email etc. When i click on them i get he error “You do 
   not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
 * I tried changing the permisssion to 777 for all files & folders but i could still
   not access anf have now restored the permissions to the default – 755 for some
   files and 644 for others
 * Any idea why this error ?

 * is this a totally fresh install? Only time I have seen this is when data has 
   been copied over from a previous install.

 * this was a fresh install.
 * however the problem was solved by deactivating all plugins and then activating
   them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

 * ping2fm was the conflicting plugin..
 * now there’s one more issue..searched the forum and not found this anywhere
 * When i click on the download tab.. i get the following errors
 * > Warning!The download directory is not currently writable! File permissions 
   > must first be changed.
   > Warning: opendir(/home/buildcon/public_html/www.xyz.com/wp-content/uploads/../
   > eshop_downloads/) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory
   > in /home/bha10071/public_html/www.startnonprofitorganization.com/wp-content/
   > plugins/eshop/eshop_downloads.php on line 46
 * i deleted the previous install and did a fresh install..the problem still persists
 * Any suggestions how to get over this..

 * The matter has been resolved –taking cues from some other posts in the forum…
   the wp-content folder did not have a eshop_downloads directory…so i manually 
   created one and the error is gone..hope i can see it through now
