We're processing product purchases over the phone for wholesale products, so to remove the pay form fields I've set the Merchant Gateway to accept Cash only.
The Help section says there should be "Templates" section in the left eShop menu. I think this in reference the "Email" section though.
Should there be an email template for what the store owner receives when a purchase is made? In the current "Cash awaiting payment..." email each product isn't separated from the next by an extra line break and a couple other cosmetic tweaks could be made so it's easier to read.
Ultimately it would be great if the Merchant Gateway area had a "Wholesale" or "Purchase Request" option so an email with that in the the title was received instead of us having to use the Cash option.
