[Plugin: eShop] 2 Column option missing

After setting up my eShop and integrating iDeal to my WordPress, I wanted to go Live and tried to enable the 2 column option, to make the eShop status visible.

Unfortunately, there is no 2 column option when I click on “Screen Options” on the Settings > eShop > General page.

I have also tried downgrading WP to 3.4.2 and 3.3.1, without results. Both in Chrome and in Firefox.

What should I do to make the 2 column admin lay-out available, or more importantly: how do I make the eShop status window visible?
