 * plugin errors WP 1.5 , on local host.
    It did work once. I have checked permissions,
   they’re ok. Selecting plugins, i get the error:
 * Couldn’t open plugins directory or there are no plugins available.
 * Selecting plugin Editor (/wordpress/wp-admin/plugin-editor.php
    ), i get the 
   error: Browsing Plugin files Oops, no such file exists! Double check the name
   and try again, merci.
