 * try after mega refresh ctrl+shift+R ( its work for me after mega refresh )
 * and one more thing you will notice your theme generate js error btw it’s not 
   going to stop bkash payment but just let you know.

 * I tried with that premium theme on my site it’s working fine but not sure why
   it’s not working on your site. Can’t help it because it’s not bKash plugin issue.
 * And every ajax request taking ages to complete on your site.
