# Plugin Error on Customize.php

 * Yesterday, I started my wordpress site on public host but received error when
   trying to customize the theme.
    The screen was blank and in my browser console,
   I found this error message:
 * > Failed to load resource:
   >  customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalog.philarooms.
   > com%2F:1 the server responded with a status of 500 ()
 * Today, I found that when deactivate HappyForms plugin, everything starts working
   well.
 * Interestingly, I’ve previously adjust my site on localhost and there I have no
   problems with HappyForms.
 * What’s the problem?

 * That’s weird, sorry for the inconvenience! Just to rule out any conflict, would
   you mind deactivating your plugins one by one, and see if that makes a difference?

 * I use about 11 plugins.
    I’ve deactivated them all and Customize.php started 
   working.
 * Then I’ve activated the first three plugins and the customizer continued working
   well.
    I’ve activated the rest of them, one by one, and when activated HappyForms,
   the customizer stop working.
 * I use wordpress 5.1.1 on both, localhost and public host.
    My php version on 
   the localhost is 7.1.9 while on the public server it is 5.6.

 * That’s super odd, [@mrblond](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mrblond/). What
   theme do you use on that website? Does switching to some default theme like Twenty
   Nineteen for a very brief moment fix it up?
