Hi,
You are using the old version of UpdraftPlus. Kindly update to latest version and run a test backup to see if you still get the same issue.
Thanks,
Bryle
Hi, thanks for quick reply.
As I wrote above, when trying to update, I got the same error message.
Today, it’s worse: I can’t access the Admin of my website anymore. Instead, I get the same error message as mentionned above.
However, thanks god, the frontend is still showing though.
I hope you can guide me in order to fix the problem. I don’t mind giving you the necessary access info if it makes things easier for you.
Thanks in advance,
Fran

I just changed the plugin name via FTP, to updraftplus-hold
That way, I was able to access wp admin and to update WP, themes and plugins except updraftplus.
In wp, updraftplus still shows in my list of plugings. How come ? The button “update” is there.
I prefer to wait for you advice before I do anything else…

Hi,
That is weird!
Do you have any caching plugins? Can you try to disable or clear cache and see if that helps fix the issue? If you totally delete the plugin too, does it still appear on the list?
Thanks,
Bryle
I disabled the cache plugin. Then via FTP I give updraftplus its original name. All was OK.
After that, I was able to update and to reactivate. All is fine now ! 🙂
Meanwhile, as I said, I did update WP, WP themes and all plugins except updraftplus.
Before then, maybe the problem was due to some plugin incompatibility, that got resolved with the updates… (maybe).
Anyway it works now, I’m happy. Thank you for your attention 🙂
