 * In that folder you will find a ui-bg_highlight-soft_100_eeeeee_1x100.png file
   but not ui-bg_highlight-soft_100_eeeeee_1x1001.png.
 * I tried to replicate the error but it doesn’t happen here (and the file is named
x100, not x1001 as reported by your error report).
 * I would reccomend to get in touch with your server admins because this sounds
   like your WordPress was hacked.
 * See, the `wp-includes` folder in WordPress natively includes no init.php file.

   [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.9.8/src/wp-includes?order=name](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.9.8/src/wp-includes?order=name)
 * I googled that up and it seems it’s an indicator for some hack done on WordPress:

   [https://www.google.com.hk/search?q=wp-includes%2Finit.php&oq=wp-includes%2Finit.php](https://www.google.com.hk/search?q=wp-includes%2Finit.php&oq=wp-includes%2Finit.php)
 * I did not research this deeper, it should not be due to Types, the plugin is
produced with standards that avoid this, and as you mention rolling back doesnt
help, hence the issue is probably not sourced in types.
 * Can you test if this issue still happens when you just disable Types? I think
the issue should remain, indicating the corrupt WordPress File
 * The server admin can indicate when the file may have been uploaded and where
   it came from
