# Plugin Error

 * I have upgraded my plugins this morning and now my site is not opening while 
   giving me an error message of Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsbisMobile()
   in /home/kanny/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-social-buttons/wpsb-class.php
   on line 26
 * Can someone help to resolve this please?

 * If you can’t access your admin pages, you’ll need to use an [FTP client](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)(
   like FileZilla), or your host’s cpanel (or File Manager) and navigate to the 
   files on the server.
 * In your WP installation there, find `wp-content/plugins/wp-social-buttons` (if
   that is the plugin) and rename that plugin’s folder to something like `wp-social-
   buttons-hold`. That will disable it and hopefully allow you to get back into 
   WP admin.
 * Don’t forget to first clear your browser cache and cookies before trying to log
   in again.
 * Then visit [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-social-buttons](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-social-buttons)
   and ask about the problem there. Good luck!
