# Plugin error

 * I love these plugin, the author to is not answering emails nor replies. The plugin
   is for voting but some votes are not been updated in the database and dont know
   hwy. Can anyone here help please?

 * That plugin hasn’t been updated for over 2 years, is only compatible up to WordPress
   5.8.7, and its developer has never replied to support threads.
 * In my opinion, it’s clearly abandoned.
 * Besides the issue you’re encountering now, you also run the risk of any discovered
   security vulnerabilities never being fixed, so I recommend finding an alternative
   plugin.

   find any other alternative voting platform with same or similar features. Forcing

 * From what I can gather, you’re charging people to place a vote?
 * If so, no, I don’t know of anything that would offer that functionality. It doesn’t
   seem to be a common need, so you might have to develop your own plugin.
