[Plugin: Enhanced Meta Widget] Alignment issue with login form

This is a really nice plug-in, however, I have one minor problem. Things don’t align properly. I selected only the login form and it looks like it needs a line break after the heading “Log in”. I noticed that there is a choice for “line breaks between sections” so I selected that also but it did not change anything. It can be seen at http://www.wvaccidentattorneys.com

Something else to note which is not really a problem is that when installed with WordPress multisite, it will not network activate but it can be individually activated on the individual sites.
