Plugin Enable?

  • I just installed WP, 1.0.2, yesterday and it went perfectly. Very easy to do and this proggy is Slick.
    But
and there is always one of them, I am trying to add a few skins. Went to Alex’s site, got a few and the wp switcher script, read the directions, seems simple, but still no joy.
It says to go into Admin and Enable the plugin. Well I have been all over every admin page and cannot find anyplace that even mentions plugins, let alone enable them. There are also no directories that match the directions.
I am sure this is ‘user error’ on my part but where is this option located?
Anyone know what I am doing or did wrong?

  • Are plugins actually in 1.0.2 ?
You might want to upgrade to the 1.2e beta release if you cannot see the plugins option in your admin screen, or do it the ‘my-hacks.php’ way instead.

Plugins are an exclusive feature of the forth-coming 1.2 release.
