[Plugin: Email Before Download] Add fields to download csv

    I’ve configured a second form in Contact Form 7 to collect “first name”, “last name”, “email” but I cannot get Email Before Download (EBD) to recognize these fields, and for them to appear in the download csv file. What’s the trick? Or, assuming that EBD is collecting this information somewhere, how do I download it?
