[Plugin: elegantPurl Lite] Shortcode PURL ID within Formidable Forms

I watched your videos regarding using the shortcode within the formidable forms, so that the first and last name is already populated within the form on the landing page. But nothing pops up in the form on the landing page but the shortcode, no names.
What can I do to rectify this? Thanks!
