[Plugin: Effects for NextGEN Gallery] jwplayer with highslide

Can someone please tell me how to I can use highslide + jwplayer together?

What I would like is to click a ngg thumbnail and get highslide to open jwplayer and play a youtube video.

Now I have ngg working as I want. Effects for Ngg installed and configured correctly with highslide. jwplayer plugin is also installed and I can use it play youtube videos.

I just need to know how to link the two? It is possible having trawled the highslide forums but I am unable to apply it with the setup I have above.
