Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. Let me see if I understand the steps you’re following:

    1. You schedule a post in the calendar to publish on your blog.
    2. The post goes live at the scheduled time.
    3. The first time you look at your blog you see this error message on the same page as the post.

Is that correct? Does it change anything if you schedule the post with the WordPress edit screen instead of the calendar?

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Oh thank you for responding!!!!

The posts are scheduled on the add new post wordpress page. We schedule the time and date, instead of publish immediately. I have had the owner of the site and the blog creator go in and check the calendar after scheduling to make sure the posts are showing up on the calendar, and they are.

While the posts do show up on the calendar, they do not always go live. More often then not they miss the schedule. When the posts DO go live, the error message pops up first, and then the actual post pops up on the website. Because you have to click ok that you have read the error message, and then the page refreshes and the post shows up on the blog roll.

It is hard to explain, but I am trying! I have a picture of the error, and I have a picture of the missed scheduling if you would like me to email another way so you can see these images.

I appreciate all of your help. Sorry for making this confusing!

If you can post the picture somewhere so I can look at it that would be great.

Can you reproduce this issue without using the calendar? What if you schedule a post with the WordPress edit screen? Do you still see the error?

Do you have any other plugins which change the time or content of your posts?

    Thanks,
    Zack

I am going to do my best to recreate everything and put it up on a page for you to view. Is there another email that I could send it too, of is this support forum ok?
