• When a Contributor submits a new post using the custom status I’ve set up, the “Post Status Changed” notification e-mail is sent, not the “New Post Created” message that should be triggered by a new post.

The “New Post Created” notification e-mail did work for me until I started editing custom statuses.

I tried deactivating and deleting the plugin and then re-installing. No luck.

    Thoughts?

In v0.7.1, we changed the behavior of Edit Flow such that the post author is no longer automatically notified when they perform an action. They are still automatically subscribed to a post though, and receive an email when another user modifies (e.g. changes post status or leaves a comment).

I’ve tested this locally and confirm it still works for me.

What modifications did you make to your custom statuses? Who do you intend to receive these emails?
