• I love Ecwid and am very grateful to the Ecwid team for coming up with an e-commerce solution that is actually easy and works.

My question regards a spacing CSS issue. I know WordPress and HTML but am lost with CSS. I have a new website I’m working on with 3 columns for lots of text and is like a newspaper/grid type of layout….and am trying to put an e-commerce solution on one page. What happens is the CSS coding/formatting pushes everything over to the far right of the page, outside the page’s margins and boundaries so it looks in such a way that it just can’t be posted. Is there any way to copy and paste a code so that it would list my shop categories vertically? The website is http://interracetoday.com/

  • Hi,
Thank you for your kind words : -)

Can you please show a screen-shot of the issue?

What was happening, was when I copied and pasted the Product Widget Code into the Store page, the CSS theme spacing was pushing the store itself out of the page margins so it looked awful. The workaround I figured out was to try coping and pasting the Categories widget code into the page—since that would just put up the store’s categories in text form and nothing else. It worked, so the page viewer just sees 3 store categories to choose from and each category opens a gray-box window they can shop from.

Thanks for responding and offering to help. I love Ecwid.

If you have other ideas, please let me know, but I’ll stick with this for now.
