[Plugin: EasySMS] Embeddable form for sending messages?

Hi, I may be missing something (although I did spend a couple hours going through the docs) but is there a way to place a form, not for subscribing, but for sending an sms message on another page? I don’t want the volunteers who will be sending the messages to see my Admin panel. Ideally, I’d love to place an embedded form on a WordPress page that’s password protected.
