Hi Stefano this is from the Easy Sign Up plugin description:

Easy Sign Up is a very simple two field form that collects the name and email.
Once filled out it redirects your user to a web-page of your choosing.
You’ll be notified by an email containing the name and email address from the form.
This data is not stored by the plugin – but there is an extra for that.
Your user will receive an email thanking them for the submission.
You can customize this email in the setting panel in your Dashboard.

For your email issue: This comes from the support forum.

Issue resolved this Post is for anyone else who may run into the same issue:

Looks like the ISP or Email Service Provider was blocking the site owners Notification Email.

Fixed by changing the Notification Email Address in the settings page for the Easy Sign Up Plugin.

    Other Possible fixes could be:

    1) Check your Spam folders
    2) Add the email address, and if possible the IP address of your website to your “Safe List”. Your Email Provider should provide you with instructions on how to do this.

Where those date are stored? Without being able to seeing them I cannot add my users to my mailing-list. Thanks for your further help!

Hi Stefano the Easy Sign Up plugin does not add user accounts to the wordpress database:

If you need to know about extra’s visit this website: http://www.beforesite.com

How do you show the names of those who signed up in the description? is there a shortcode?

    Plugin Author Greenweb

    (@greenweb)

No sure I follow you regarding the shortcode.
The name and the email address are emailed to you.
The message will look like this:

SoandSo ( soandso@emailaddress.com ) signed up and been redirected to www.mydomain.com/redirected

The basic plugin Does Not save the names and address – that is left to the website operator.

If you want the easy sign up plugin to save the data please visit http://www.beforesite.com/products/easy-data-esu-extra

    Thanks

thanks for your reply. WE don’t need emails sent to us. We just want our members to be able to “sign up” and be able to view who is attending on the same page. It seems so simple to me, but I can’t seem to find a plug in that does this. Even the Attendance plug in limits to only registered users. We want to be able to have anyone sign up and anyone see it.

Then this is the wrong plugin for you.
    From the plugins description:

This Plug-in creates a form to collect the name and e-mail from your visitors, who are then redirected to the url you choose.

If you cannot find a plugin to fill your needs please feel free to contact me directly and I will be happy to create that plugin for your company.
