 * Hi! I have been using this plugin to have a contact form in a pop-up window. 
   It had been working very well for a year, but few days ago, i think when i uploaded
   wordpress, this plugin stoped working.

   click in the box that tells “Calcular Tarifa”)

 * Hi, for inline content such as your form you should use `class="fancybox-inline"`
   instead of `class="fancybox"` … that should fix things 🙂
