Well I’m not sure if anyone else had this problem but..

I recently noticed that a few products of mine we’re not using
    Easy Fancybox
instead they we’re opening on their own page.

The only difference between those products that did not work & the ones that did was the File Extension.

For the ones that did work it was just plain .jpg
For the ones that did not work it was .jpeg

Although both are one and the same.

Anyhow, I Changed the extension of my photos that did not work with Easy fancybox from .jpeg to .jpg & this fixed the problem.

I just thought i’d post it here in case anyone runs into the same problem.

There is a field called Auto-detect with the extensions you want the plugin to look for under Images & Inline in the FancyBox section on your Settings > Media admin page. Add jpeg there and remove extensions that you never use or do not want opened in FancyBox. The lesser extensions, the faster the client side page speed so keep it as light as possible 🙂

    Ahh Thanks Ravan.

For some reason I was under the impression there was not any settings to fiddle with, although that just seems dumb now.

Anyhow you’ve opened me up to all the things I wanted to tweak with fancybox.
