I wish the viewer of my websites need not have to log-in. I prefer they view, they purchase and download link should be sent to their email id.

You can do that. Simply go to Downloads > Settings > Misc and set it so that the Registration forms are NOT shown, and also make sure that Guest purchasing is NOT disabled.
