[Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] 'Your Request' field not sending

The ‘Your Request’ field isn’t sending anything through – all other fields are working, as is any Notification message template I set, just not the message itself
I’m using a theme called Flexibility 3 here: http://gerardevans.com/contact/
