# [Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] Upload function not working

 * I’ve installed the Easy Contact Forms plugin on my website, while all the other
   functions are working fine, while I try to set the upload file button, this error
   message appears:
 * > “It is not possible to create the folder. Please check folder access credentials/”
 * I’m guessing it has to do with file permissions but this is where my guessing
   comes to an end, maybe you could help me telling me how to fix it.
    I’ve got 
   my site hosted at Vhosting solution.

 * Have you been able to rectify the issue? I also came across the same problem 
   and have no idea of how to sort it out.
