[Plugin: Easy Ads] bug in widget modules

There is a bug in the widget modules that causes at least clicksor to not show up named properly. In my configuration I have clicksor, chitika and adsense enabled, but the list of widgets shows bidvertiser twice which I do not have enabled and chitika shows only once.

all in all it is strange behavior.
