Hi this plugin is very promising and with other templates it works great but now I tried on Juxta template
he installed perfect and it seems it works perfect … but when I check on the template I can’t see change … I want to remove a sidebar widget for some pages … like I said without luck.
Juxta template use gantri framework and need curl … I tried with and without gantri again without luck

all my widgets are static and when I change something next to the widget appear dynamic … can I change to static somehow or I am on the bad way

hopefully you can help me …
    thank you anyway

Widgets always defaults to static. It means a widget appears everywhere in the defined sidebar. A widget becomes dynamic at the moment you change something in the Dynamic Widgets configuration for the widget.

As Juxta is a premium theme, I can’t test it out to see if there are compatibility issues with Dynamic Widgets. When Juxta or the Gantry framework uses it’s own sidebar and/or widgets system, it is likely Dynamic Widgets won’t work. Dynamic Widgets expects the standard WordPress sidebar and widgets system.

It is also possible there are standard widgets defined in the Juxta theme. These standard widgets appear at the moment a sidebar is or becomes empty. Dynamic Widgets can’t control these standard widgets as they are hard coded in the theme.

I’m sorry, sending a premium theme to me would be illegal I think. I don’t want to jeopardize your Juxta licence.

You’d better ask the developer of Juxta if (A) they use their own sidebar / widgets system and/or if (B) there are standard widgets set when a sidebar is empty. For A I don’t have a solution. For B you can ask how to switch the default widgets off.
