[Plugin: Dynamic Widgets] Not showing on one page that's not the home page

I have a pages widget that shows up on all pages I want except one.

This is the page nothing will show up on and the settings for pages widget is to show up on every page.

Here is an example of the way I want it to http://namipomonavalley.com/advocacy

My home page is set to NAMI Pomona Valley which is not a child page. Please help.
