 * I install [Plugin: Dynamic Headers] for my network sites, allow user to upload
   their own header images, but here is the issue, any user can able to see and 
   use other user’s header, I want to control this and don’t want any user can see/
   use other user file.
 * Please guide me if any one aware with issue and let me know how to solve.
