  • Hi All,

    From the various posts in the previous topic entitled “Broken”, I was able to figure out exactly what to do. since someone had complained that they couldn’t figure it out, i’m being super explicit.

    Per maex sworcik the procedure is below:

    to fix the "ADD TAG" problem change:
    $neuertag = "INSERT INTO$dfr_tabelle(SCHEMA, TAG, FONTSIZE) VALUES ('$schema', '$tag', 'px')";
    in "../wp-content/plugins/dynamic-font-replacement-4wp/admin/listings.php"
    $neuertag = "INSERT INTO$dfr_tabelle('SCHEMA','TAG','FONTSIZE') VALUES ('$schema', '$tag', 'px')";

    however, per Joseph Fneisz, you also need to do this:
    change all of the single quotes in the following:
    to backticks. because of the way this forum is setup, it seems to be impossible to display a backtick so that you can copy & paste it. so look at the php in the file, and find the funny backtick marks surrounding the ‘$dfr_tabelle’ immediately preceding, and copy & paste those.

  • And another bug I noticed when I installed this on a second server. If it still doesn’t work go into your PHP.INI file, and make sure that this setting is On:

    short_open_tag = On

    Search for it, because in my file it appears a few times.

    What this means is that it’s okay in a PHP file if it says the short opening tag:

    instead of requiring the full tag:

    there are a few short tags in the code for this plugin.
