 * I was able to download to my test site but now is not letting me do it to my 
   main site. I thought it was a browser problem but I was wrong – same result across
   different browsers? There some kind of limitation to number of downloads?

 * There’s a known issue with the WordPress repo servers which is causing download/
   auto update problems with several plugins including the DCG.
 * [Trac ticket](http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/15138).
    Hopefully it will
   be fixed soon.
