# [Plugin: Duplicator] Missing files in archive?

 * I’m working on a deployment process for some of our developers and it looks like
   Duplicator could fill a critical need, but I’m having some trouble with the target
   server installation. It looks like some files are missing on the other end.
 * At the moment, after submitting the install form on the target server the site
   is complaining about a missing wp-includes/default-contstants.php file. A quick
   look shows me that the file simply doesn’t exist in the package that is getting
   installed. I also did a quick, visual directory compare and it looks like there
   are several other files that also didn’t get packaged up.
 * Any idea what I might be missing?

 * It may be worth noting that our server is running PHP 5.2.4. Duplicator itself
   seems to indicate that this is sufficient, but I’ve seen indications in my searches
   that 5.2.3 might be required for some/all functionality so I thought I’d mention
   it here in case that opens the door for any revelations.

 * Hey Rob,
 * Yeah the plugin has only been tested with 5.2.17 and higher. I would strongly
   encourage you to upgrade to at least that, as there are some PHP security fixes
   in that version.

 * Argh, ok. I have a habit of, at a glance, reading version numbers wrong once 
   a component hits double digits. I read the requirement as 5.2.1.7 and it looks
   like a bunch of stuff isn’t getting added to the package itself. Maybe there’s
   a dependency in the archiver itself.

 * There could be. I believe that some bugs where fixed in the PHP ZipArchive class
   during the 5.2.n iteration. I’ll shoot you the next version via email in the 
   next 24hrs if you want to give that a shot.
 * Otherwise you might try “wp move” it’s a free plugin as well, or you could try
   the [old fashion way](http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress). There are
   also some commercial options with WP-Twin or BackupBuddy.
