I’ve watched the video, and read what I can find, but I’m confused at the part on the installer for setting up the database. Do I give it whatever name I want? Or do I need to name it the same as the database that was duplicated? Do I use the user name & password for the database that was duplicated? (I’m setting this up on localhost.)

Also, when I clicked on the installer, there was this error message at the top:
Warning: fopen(installer-log.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /Users/bonkers/Sites/test/installer.php on line 123

    Hey Traci,

If your going to setup your database on your localhost you can create whatever new database you want, and name it whatever you want. The user name and pass for the database will need to be a valid user of the database itself. For a quick overview of setting up a database user check out the video on this link and around the 7 min mark it shows you how to create a db user.

The permission problem you seeing usually means you need to change the permissions (make them less restrictive until it goes away) on the parent directory that the installer is in.

    Hope that helps!
