Plugin drop out of wordpress.org. Need contacts

We’ve got letter from “Mark”, who drop out plugin from the wordpress.org repositary (Page Flip Image Gallery plugin)
Now we fix all bugs and notices, so the question is: how to send plugin to the administration, to review it again?

I’ve e-mail to the plugins@wordpress.org several times, but there’s no response.
