# Plugin downloads not working

 * When I try to download a plugin I get the following error:

 * Looks like you have a server configuration problem. You need to speak to your
   hosts about this.

 * Thanks for your reply.
    Although I already asked my host and he says it’s something
   in the wordpress configuration (?). He checked with their server configuration
   and all that was fine.

 * Then I’m afraid he needs to look again. This is a server issue – either configuration
   or permissions.

 * first, go to ftp,
 * and then rename the plugin folder
 * and create a folder call plugins
 * and then try to add plugin again.
