# Plugin doesn’t work with smartphones

 * Plugin doesn’t work with smartphones.
 * The icons/ratings aren’t displayed. I use wpforo.
 * Is this normal?

 * Thank you for reaching out and for using DaReactions!
 * It’s definitely not normal that the plugin doesn’t work on smartphones — the 
   icons and reactions should display correctly on all devices. You can even choose
   a different layout specifically for smartphones. 
   I’d love to help you solve 
   this, but I’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s going on.
 * Could you please let me know:
   • A link to the page where you’re using DaReactions•
   What kind of smartphone and browser you tested it with• If you’re using any caching
   or optimization plugins (these sometimes interfere with JavaScript or CSS)• If
   you’ve made any customizations to DaReactions or wpForo
 * As soon as I have this info, I’ll do my best to investigate and help you fix 
   the issue quickly.
