Please disregard post below… it was meant for the plugin “BEST woocommerce product feed’ which suddenly isn’t showing anymore. I thought I posted this comment in the correct place…apparently I made a mistake… sorry… anyway… the post info below is for that other piece of crap plugin…so sorry for my mistake

After having absolutely no success using this plugin I was asked to create a username and password so they could investigate and resolve the problems.

I reported in detail everything that was going wrong, and that the latest error message after multiple previous plugin errors was that I had exceeded the limit. Problem is, there are ONLY TWO PRODUCTS in the feed.

So 24 hours later this guy emails me that I have exceeded the limit, need to purchase their premium version and they will try and give me a coupon!!! SERIOUSLY????

My suggestion to everyone is to stay far far away. Now I wonder what the hell this guy actually did when he was logging into my dashboard?? ALL he did was simply report back the error I already told him was false!!

Feed would never create so that it could be viewed or loaded. Deactivated, reactivated multiple times, deleted feeds, created new one… ALWAYS VERY SMALL because it was a test. The plugin functionality deprecated to the point where it would no longer save past ‘DRAFT” of which each save did NOT save the data entries, even which category was chosen, etc. The FINAL error is now stating that the feed limit has been exceeded!!…

yeah right… I’m going to fork out money to these guys when their support is worthless and their free plugin doesn’t work.. my advice to everyone…stay very very far away from these jokers…

Yeah, well I would but can’t find the option on how to remove it. BTW… your plugin isn’t working properly for me either…

    Hi,

Our plugin works better with woocommerce 3.2+. Let me know your woocommerce and WordPress version.

    sapience

    (@sapience)

    WP ver. 4.9.6
    woocommerce: 3.4.3
    PHP 7.0

It’s a new site. Everything is completely up to date.

One of the major issues I have is that I can’t select specific categories. Your plugin insists on generating a feed for the entire site. Many issues…

I have several sites… can’t even test it on one of my other sites because I can’t choose a specific category to test the feed. Too many products on that site to even test your plugin. Not going to pay for something when I can’t even see if it works…So it doesn’t work on a brand new site, and doesn’t work on older sites…just doesn’t work..

    Hi,

Making feed for specific categories is not possible using this free version of the plugin.
