    Hi!
    I see the problem. I’ll fix it in next release.
    Right now you can:
    1. Downgrade to previous version – https://wordpress.org/plugins/q2w3-fixed-widget/developers/
    2. Update WordPress to the latest version
    3. Place this code in the head section of the page:

    <script type="text/javascript">var q2w3_sidebar_options = new Array();
    q2w3_sidebar_options[0] = { "sidebar" : "delaware_sidebar_15", "margin_top" : 140, "margin_bottom" : 650, "stop_id" : "", "screen_max_width" : 600, "screen_max_height" : 0, "width_inherit" : true, "refresh_interval" : 1000, "window_load_hook" : true, "disable_mo_api" : false, "widgets" : ['nav_menu-3'] };
    </script>
