Plugin doesnt work properly on Multisides

We use the Popup Plugin on our Multisides. After an Update the Popup only works on some pages. On half of the Multisides it is not working. The Popup Plugin icon is not shown in the dashboard side and instead of ,,Popup Builder” its eather ,,Popup Builder0″ or ,,PopUpBuilder2″. Non of the Popups on the specific pages are working. The Plugin is the same version on each multiside.
