# Plugin doesn’t work on phone

 * The form doesn’t work on mobile – we have tested Android and Iphone, Chrome &
   Safari.
 * The error message our customers get is:
    “Something went wrong. Please try again
   after sometime”

 * We’re here to assist you with this one.
 * As your reported issue is persist in desktop as well FYI.
 * Hope in your side cache plugin was active right?
 * The problem behind your reported issue is WP Nonces – which is added as a security
   in our ajax request(upon subscribe from front end), if the page was cached, then
   WP Nonces will also cached, to overcome that issue you need to set the cache 
   timeout rule in your cache plugin settings(Set something like every ~8 or ~10
   hours), in this case old cache will purged and new cache will be generated in
   every timeout.
 * For Quick Fix – Just purge cache from cache plugin settings.
    For Stable Fix –
   Just set the cache timeout in cache plugin settings
 * Not sure which cache plugin it is but if it is Fastest Cache then please take

 * Hi,
 * I don’t have a caching plugin, just the caching from my server which I don’t 
   have much access to (like changing the timeout settings). I have purged the cache
   but it didn’t change anything, it’s still coming up with an error.
 * what are my other options?

 * Are you using Flywheel managed hosting? If so could you please contact your hosting
   provider regarding your reported query? Because so far we don’t have alternate
   option/settings to support.
 * Just ask your hosting “why it is not working with flywheel managed hosting though
   I have purged cache from my end -ajax nonce validation returns 403 always”
 * After response from hosting provider, post the details here so that we will see
   what will be the alternate way to keep support for your hosting.
