# Plugin doesn’t work for me

 * I can’t make the plugin work, it does anything. I don’t now if is there something
   in the website that is preventing the plugin to work.

 * I’m experiencing the same problem. The shortcode is removed, but nothing appears.
   
   Is there something i need to configure after installation?

   not sure what you mean “the shortcode is removed”.
    Yes, there is an options 
   page for the plugin, you can find this under WooCommerce options.

 * I mean that the shortcode is somehow elaborated, and it is not present as text
   in the product page. But the “related product” section doesn’t show up. It is
   not present as html, so it seems like the shortcode is elaborated without output.

   right?

    What theme do you use? Was the
   plugin working at some point?
